Dachshunds are scent hound dog breeds.
They were bred to hunt other tunneling animals,
such as badgers, rabbits, & foxes.
They adapt well to apartment living.
Last August 2017, I had to give up my precious Pepperoni due to my health. He has a good
home, & it is with my daughter's best friend so I do get to see him every once in awhile.
I still miss him very much.
Pepperoni is very intelligent.
One drawback, Dachshunds are not good around little children.
Pepperoni always loved walks!
