The tower is named, Scargo Tower. It is in Dennis, MA, Village. This is the third tower, the first two were built of wood. The first one was destroyed by strong winds, probably by a hurricane. The second one burned. This one opened in 1901, and is made of cobblestone which is a paving stone. This is page four of my final for Red Rose Web Design, and is about mouseovers.
